Payment Deadline and Tuition Installment Plan Info Spring 2025

Monday, January 6, 2025: Payment for Spring 2025 Full and Mini-A classes are due.

If your balance is not paid in full, your classes may be dropped* after the tuition payment deadline.

Even if you have recently submitted a payment, you are encouraged to check for any balance due using the instructions below.

*It is your responsibility to drop a course you do not intend to take via your Student Portal; do not rely on the non-payment automated drop to remove you from the course. You will be liable for tuition/fees of any courses for which you have registered if not dropped.

Check for Balance Due:

• Visit my.fsw.edu to log into your Portal
• Click the “Student Financials” card
• Click “View Account/Pay Now” (Note: Pay Now will only appear if there is a balance to pay)
• Click “Select Term”
• Click “Pay Now”
• Follow the instructions to make a payment

Tuition Installment Plan (TIP) Is Available for Spring 2025 (Last Day to Enroll is January 6, 2025)

For students who pay out of pocket, we do offer the Tuition Installment Plan. This will allow you to break up the balance into scheduled monthly payments.

To Enroll:

• Go to my.fsw.edu
• Log into your Student Portal
• On the Student Quick Links “tile”, select Tuition Installment Plan”
• If you do not see the box labeled “Student Quick Links”, click the “Discover More” link at the bottom of the page for more “tiles”
