All departments should:

• Read pages 44–53 of the Critical Incident Response Plan here
• Review your department’s hurricane management plan
• Update your department’s phone tree with employee contact info
• Have a meeting to discuss each employee’s role
• Update personal info and emergency contacts in the employee portal
• Replace lost IDs by emailing buccardops@fsw.edu
