As we gear up for an exciting 2024–2025 Academic Year, we are thrilled to invite you to join us in creating an unforgettable Welcome Week that shows we are all here to support our FSW students!
Here’s How You Can Get Involved:

Host a table and introduce our new students to the amazing resources we offer. Connect, engage, and make them feel at home before classes start!
📅 Dates & Locations:
- 8/14 | 5 PM — 7 PM | Charlotte Campus Cafeteria, Hendry-Glades Curtis Center A 119
- 8/15 | 5 PM — 7 PM | Collier Campus M Building (Inside and Patio)
- 8/17 | 5 PM — 7 PM | Lee Campus Suncoast Credit Union Arena
🔍 Welcome Bucs Treasure Hunt 🔍
Help our students navigate their new campus! We’ll have snacks, refreshments, vendors, school supplies, and tons of resources scattered across all campuses. Let’s make it a fun and supportive scavenger hunt!

🎊 Fall Fest 🎊
Showcase your department and recruit new members for student organizations. This is a fantastic opportunity to promote what you offer and engage with students in a lively environment!

- 8/21 | 11 AM — 1 PM | Lee Campus Cafeteria, Hendry-Glades A 119
- 8/22 | 11 AM — 1 PM | Charlotte Campus Cafeteria, Collier Campus Cafeteria
How Can You Participate?
👕 Volunteer Your Time!
- Sign up your department to host a table at the Buc Block Party and Fall Fest.
- Choose a 2-hour time slot to assist with the Welcome Bucs Treasure Hunt.
- Show your Buccaneer spirit by wearing a “Welcome Bucs!” shirt during the first week of classes.
- Go to Convocation on Wednesday, August 14th to get a free shirt!
